Training Expert (m/f)

Scope:

- Plan, coordinate and execute all Training relevant activities
- Prepare and revise newly created and existing Training Materials, thereby explicitly coordinate the Training Material preparation for the local market solution and support Training material creation for the global Solution Engine in close alignment with local project team, local Tech Team, Central Training Team and System Integrator
- Creation of Training Material and organisation of Training sessions for user acceptance test, as well as additional raining session where required
- Close corporation with functional work stream and process specialists and all other relevant stakeholder to shape, capturing training needs and align on according training measures
- Set up a local training schedule, considering the training demand from all impacted stakeholders, in close alignment with all relevant parties
- Constant revision and conduction of the local Training Strategy
- Maintain frequent communications to ensure all impacted stakeholders are aware of current project status and Training demands to reach Business Readiness
- Define and steer Learning Journey for local market in close alignment with stakeholder and also Senior Management
- Prepare and facilitate relevant Training and Train-the-Trainer Sessions

Skill Set:

- Broad knowledge of organisational structure, as well as detailed understanding of the scope and responsibilities of individual departments
- Profound knowledge of Standard CBM business processes, Finance process methodologies and the SAP EVO ERP and BI
- In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams
- Broad knowledge and experience in the area of Training and proven track record as well as methodology
- Strong communication skills in German and English required
- Ability to produce illustrative as well as convincing presentations and training material to efficiently transport training measures and messages
- Profound presentation and people skills, to successfully coordinate all training relevant activities
