Training Domain Manager

My client, an international defence and security company, is looking to add a Training Domain Manager to their ever growing team.

As a training domain manager you will be responsible to manage the Training Domain for the border guard development projects, which delivers high-end surveillance and response solution. You will also be responsible for providing the appropriate operational and system related training and train-the-trainer courses for the border guard to fulfil their mission for several thousand students. Also as a training domain manager you will be required to generate reliable timelines, staffing plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet the needs of the Border Guard Development Project customer.

Requirements:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Master Degree, PMP certification preferred. 
- 5+ years of experience in training management in large technical projects.
- 10+ years of experience in training activities, preferred in high-end IT-systems.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years managing large teams.
- Experience with analysis and training methodologies.
- Experience in customer relationships with Arabic customer preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Microsoft Office.

The Role:

- Actively engages with scoping & estimating activities, including providing resource estimates & capacity management oversight.
- Support the scoping of projects by providing resource estimates that represent the level of effort required to support the projects/initiatives.
- Develop relationships across the organization and listen to the needs of internal and external customers.
- Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and development plans for each member of the team.
- Facilitate cross project/cross functional team to develop and implement solutions to address client's requirements.
