Training & Development Coordinator with French & Dutch language skills required for a 3 month insurance sector assignment based in Brussels.
In the role of Training & Development Coordinator you will join our clients HR Department's Management Development & Learning group, where you will assist in project work designing new training concepts and coordinating training courses.
The ideal candidate for the role of Training & Development Coordinator should have:
- Strong experience in HR within large organisations (1k+ employees)
- Excellent skills in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Extensive experience in designing, coordinating and organising training programmes (soft skills)
- Fluency in French & Dutch languages
- Knowledge of LMS management systems and suppliers within the training market would be considered an advantage.
