Training Development and Delivery Analyst

Plexxus member hospitals include Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Lakeridge Health, Mount Sinai Hospital, North York General Hospital, Rouge Valley Health System, St. Joseph's Health Centre, The Scarborough Hospital, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto East General Hospital, University Health Network and Women's College Hospital.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop, enhance, and manage content of SAP-related training materials
- Develop course offerings for a variety of delivery methodologies including instructor-led, webinar, and E-learning
- Support the business units in ensuring training requirements are met within project timelines
- Liaise with internal subject matter experts to develop and/or validate course content
- Partner with senior functional business leads (Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business applications and processes
-  Work with the ITS Help Desk and business management to identify common or recurring issues and develop training to reduce their frequency
- Assist with maintaining an annual training calendar and coordinate enrolment, training databases, reports, and completion certificates
- Assist with the management of the training environment(s) and ensure that it is properly constructed, populated, maintained, and refreshed
- Manage training delivery, including facilitating training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

- University Degree or College diploma, relevant to position 
- Minimum 5-7 years of training-related experience, a significant portion of which is in SAP environments
- Experience in both instructional design and course delivery; demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
- Knowledge of Captivate software suite from Ariba
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work effectively with all levels in an organization, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, solid attention to detail, and a hands on attitude
- Ability to deliver in-person courses with solid presentation and facilitation skills
- An exceptional attitude of customer service
- Experience working in or knowledge of finance and supply chain functionality in SAP ECC6 (Enterprise Core Components) and EHP4; SAP SRM 7.0 PREFERREDProven track record in technical writing and/or development of process oriented training materials
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to stakeholder priorities
