Training Developer Oracle UPK

We are currently searching for a Training developer UPK to work in Dordrecht, The Netherlands for 3months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

During the period June 2014 - June 2015 the majority of training materials will need to be created. For this we seek a Training Developer. His/her main responsibility is the development of the training curriculum and training materials.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiarise in depth with process, system and data specifications as delivered by the One IHC Merwede programme;

Set up and maintain UPK (the E learning platform selected by IHC Merwede);

Provide guidance on training curriculum and syllabi design;

Prepare templates for training materials: slide decks, participant guides, quick reference guides;

Train and support future trainers to develop training materials using the UPK platform;

Prepare training materials;

Ensure that the processes, roles and information objects as described in signed off One IHC Merwede deliverables are correctly and adequately represented in developed training materials;

Ensure that training materials fit the needs of the One IHC Merwede programme in terms of design, timing, and knowledge levels;

Ensure that trainers are trained to work with UPK.

The training developer reports to the Training Team Lead of the One IHC Merwede programme, who is also IHC Merwede's concern manager for education.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

At minimum, completed higher vocational studies (HBO);

5 years of experience in relevant, preferably comparable position(s);

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in E-learning technology (preferably Oracle's UPK);

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with training delivery;

Knowledge of Oracle CRM, Oracle Primavera, IFS Applications, Siemens Solid Edge, Siemens NX and Siemens Teamcenter is an asset, but not required;

Strong communicative skills and a proficiency in both English and Dutch in speech and writing;

Affinity with an industry in which project management, engineering and production are key, is considered an important asset;
