IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Create training documentation of CRM solution salesforce.com, especially in the call center and field service area
-Constantly update and create new documentation related to the monthly software release process
-Create training documentation related to selected global projects and initiatives
-Closely work with business process managers globally to understand the changes of the tool/new features and to translate them into appealing training documentation
-Support the team in designing and implementing new training methods (especially digital tools)
-Lead sub-projects within the Service team, especially in the communication, change management and training area

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in a similar role
-Experienced in creating training/educational documentation for software products, especially cloud solutions and apps
-Bachelor in Management, Communication, Education or Graphic Design
-Extensive experience in working with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Captivate
-Fluency in English (oral and written); any other language is a plus
-Experience in digital training solutions is a strong plus
-Experience with the platform salesforce.com is beneficial
-Experience in project management is a plus
