PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a major UK retail bank, require the services of a Training Designer to manage the process of defining the Training Needs, working with the business to pull together the relevant people to produce training materials and strong organisational skills to drive the project through to completion. The project is to deliver new systems and business processes around a piece of tax compliance legislation.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Liaison point between Training Lead and Divisions
- Enable, support and coordinate the delivery of a Training Needs Analysis for Divisions/Jurisdictions
- Identify and secure key SMEs within each Division and country who can support the development and delivery of training material
- Support the delivery of the training plan, including logistics and training schedule roll-out
- Support the collation and evaluation of Training feedback

CORE SKILLS

- Previous experience in successfully delivering Training projects covering people, process and technology.
- Understanding of both IT and Business change management and delivery.
- MS Office Suite
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written.
