Training Designer - DV Cleared

TRAINING DESIGNER - CONTRACT - GLOUCESTERSHIRE - GREAT RATES!

Calling all training designers! We require a Training Designer to start a contract mid-April in Gloucestershire.

EXPECTED DUTIES:

- Capture the client's training requirements
- Plan and agree a curriculum with the client for the affected staff
- Get the financials signed off with the client
- Must have experience with leading a team

The successful candidate must have experience in cyber training and exercises with a military background to support the following:

- Scenario development, including exercise injects that link to participant training objectives
- Training planning, design and development
- Design of Mission Essential task list
- Construction of operational performance statements
- Creation of collective training objectives
- Creation of and Assessment Strategy
- Creation of an Assessment Specification
- Management Framework - creation of a 'Best Practice' guide for knowledge transfer
- Sets out approach, timescales, resources required as part of planning and delivery of future collective exercises
