Training Designer and Learning Consultant - with Gamification Knowledg

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

TRAINING DESIGNER AND LEARNING CONSULTANT - WITH GAMIFICATION KNOWLEDGE

MAIN TASKS:

- Support in create the strategy for the introduction of gamification in the company
- Design and create material for gamification initiatives within the company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders during gamification initiatives (needs analysis, consulting..)
- Design and create training materials for various projects
- Moderate training/learning communities in Google+
- Update training information and materials on Google sites
- Publishing social learning content on the Action Mapping methodology
- Working on 2 latest training strategies being implemented

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong knowledge in gamification and previous experience in supporting during gamification projects in global companies
- Strong instructional and creative design capabilities
- Broad work experience in enterprise social networks, social learning, community management & moderation (2-3 years experience required)
- Excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills
- Advanced knowledge of the following tools: H5P, Bunchball Nitro, Videoscribe, Powtoon, ToonDo and Bitstrips, TTKF, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Google+, Google Sites
- Fluent in English
