Training Designer

TRAINING DESIGNER, with experience working on LARGE CHANGE PROGRAMMES, required for INITIAL 4 MONTH CONTRACT with UTILITIES SECTOR CLIENT in GLASGOW OR DUNFERMLINE.

Duties will include:

- Complete a full training needs analysis for the change programme and then lead a small team to design and deliver development interventions.
- Providing HR consultancy to support training needs assessments, role profile changes as required, leveraging performance evaluation assessments to ensure that roll-out embedment is supported by company behavioural targets.
- Tailoring the training to the audience depending on the nature of their role as users, consumers or for awareness.
- Enabling multiple channels of training delivery to fulfil the needs as they undergo organisational change and maturing asset management strategies.

Essential Skills:

- Experience working on large change programmes
- Extensive experience designing and delivering training, ideally to technical/engineering staff
- It would be highly desirable if you had experience using Adobe Captivate
