Training Design Lead

An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for an experienced TRAINING DESIGN LEAD that will be responsible for designing, implementing and championing of the training strategy and plans for a major Change Reform Program. End to end implementation of sustainable training processes, operating systems, management systems, soft skills to change and support people's mindset, cultural and behavioural changes, stakeholder communication and management, people engagement and overall organisational change.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum and ideally holds appropriate tertiary qualifications in management, compliance or education or with minimum 10 + years in a similar role.
- Deep experience and demonstrated leadership of business change and transformation programs that met business objectives.
- Design of L&D management systems, operating system and mindsets and behavioural change interventions programs that are customer driven and apply lean manufacturing principles to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through L&D specialisation on large transformational programs that build organisational capability.
- Significant senior stakeholder management across multiple organisation structures and cultures, including government.
- Experience in managing all aspects of the training life cycle from planning to delivery Is results orientated and has a passion for bringing best practice' training initiatives to their work
- Skilled in building, leading and mentoring a blended team of trainers.
