Training Deployment Specialist

Our high-visibility client needs Training Deployment resources to engage with external vendors and internal customers in order to coordinate session scheduling and logistics details for worldwide field sales skill and sales methodology training.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Meeting with vendor to identify outstanding logistics details for future sessions
- Working with site contacts to secure/confirm training arrangements
- Coordination of training site and contact information
- Coordination of training room and A/V configuration
- Providing instructor travel recommendations
- Build/management of offerings in the training management system
- Management of attendee registration
- Closing sessions and granting attendees course credit
- Build/administration of student evaluations
- Running training penetration reports
- Roll-up course evaluation scores
- Training coordination to be completed and tracked in accordance with existing procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 2 years as Project Coordinator or Training Coordinator experience or equivalent work related knowledge and experience
- Training/Training Administration experience preferred
- Must have strong written communication skills and be professional dealing with external and internal customers
- Strong organization/project management experience required
- Must be proficient in PC applications - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, EXCEL, SharePoint
