One of our clients, an international company in the payment industry currently requires a Training Delivery Manager

Start: ASAP
Length: min. 6 months
Location: Regular travels

Context:
Customers are supplied with a series of training programs and educational solutions. The delivery of training solutions is executed through the provision of face-to-face seminars as well as through Academy on the web, a state-of-the-art remote-learning platform.

Role Summary:

The Training Delivery Manager will contribute actively to the success of the client by taking responsibility for managing effectively the design, development, and delivery of training solutions, globally.
This includes the development, update and upgrade of the existing training material, the participation in customer needs definition, and actual facilitation to diversified audiences.

Major Accountabilities:

Working in close partnership with the Academy Team and with the subject matter experts, the jobholder's role encompasses responsibilities include the following:

- Designing, developing and delivering training solutions (face-to-face and AOW Live Events, how-to videos, eLearning modules, etc), including course content, interactive elements, quizzes, and evaluations
- Upgrading/editing the existing material, in line with the established Academy qualitative and commercial standards
- Assessing effectiveness of delivered training solutions, using the ad hoc tools and KPI metrics
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of training material content, language and visuals, following identity standards; implement other media elements as necessary
- Oversee and increase quality for each step of the design, development and delivery of the training material
- Other tasks and duties may be added and/or evolve due to the nature of the business.

Key Required Skills:

- Availability to travel extensively - globally (in earlier stages of the project) -> +-80% travel
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills as well as a service-oriented philosophy
- Skilled in working collaboratively with SMEs across all levels of the organization to assess needs, and offer creative and engaging training solutions.
- Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks, and execute project tasks on schedule.
