TRAINING COORDINATOR
CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
Resource to coordinate and in some cases deliver SAP general and functional/Solman/Panaya training with IBM, AM, Business and local org resources through the life span of the project.
The coordinator will have to manage local training in Ethiopia (Both Addis Ababa and Dallol), in Brussels (super user training) and Oslo (project member training).
The resource will align strategy with Training manager Sarah Rudder-Chulhan and Project Manager. Possibly support testing strategy in alignment with the Test Manager. Resource should be located in Oslo or in Brussels
Resource to be experience in SAP ECC, typical timing required to train SAP functional application, methods for remote training, SAP standard training/certification offering, local support coordination, project knowledge transfer, Creation of training documentation, logistics involved in local and remote training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
- Complete training strategy for the project implementation including SAP ECC, SOLMAN, Panaya, Application KT to BAU, Local Org. support training both tech an application.
- Coordination of logistic and communication to all parties involved (Project staff, Super users, users, other stake holders)
- Report to project management on issues related to training and knowledge transfer
- Advice (in coordination with the GSCC) on training plans for the local org. after project closure.
MANDATORY FIELDS
- Deep SAP ECC expertise (preferably FI/CO and MM (Inventory management/procurement)
- Team lead experience/offshore lead experience
- Expertise in the logistics an methodologies/techniques of SAP training on site an remote
SKILLSET:
Training Consultant - Application Training > 5 years experience
Training Consultant - E-learning >2 to
Team leader > 5 years experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Start date: 01/03/2016
Duration: 4 Months (80%)
Location: Olso or Brussels
Mobility: Frequent travel to other locations
