TRAINING COORDINATOR - PLATFORM MIGRATION - GLOBAL OIL AND GAS CO.
World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join a new IT project, migrating several service management tools into 1 platform - the role will focus on coordinating training for the users.
About You:
- Development of training materials including knowledge articles and PPT guides
- QA of other process areas materials
- Scheduling training sessions
- Generating reports from ServiceNow to help with business readiness status of those have completed training
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
