Working as a technical training coordinator for a global pharmaceutical and clinical research organisation you will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for the UK&I medical division and support global LMS problem solving and decision making on LMS processes. Other tasks will include development of eLearning and creation of materials to use on response devices, and general administrative support to the training department. Ideally you will have similar experience within a Medical or Clinical Research Organisation, candidates who have managed LMS systems for other regulated industries will also be considered. Strong communication skills are essential as are excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel). Exposure to the Plateau LMS would be desirable.
