CALLING ALL TRAINING COORDINATORS/L&D COORDINATORS

Currently recruiting for a a leading telecommunications company for a Training/L&D Administrator/Coordinator for a 3 month contract starting middle of February to assist the HR team to transfer the L&D Function to offices in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will be a Training or L&D Coordinator/Administrator

Duties:-
Plan and coordinate all internal training courses in Maidenhead & Glasgow
Schedule trainer and book rooms
Management of external trainers
Approve external training requests, seek further info where required
Raise & Record all PO's raised
Run quarterly activity reports
Produce ad hoc reports when required
Record all professional Sponsorship activity
Liaise with training providers to book and raise PO's
Book and ensure completion of all psychometric tests
Enter all training activity on to the LMS
Update the training calendar
You must have Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Strong administration skills ideally within L&D function
Able to use own initiative and make recommendations
Confident in communicating with all levels
LMS (learning management system) is ideal
