Training Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

Top skills you should possess:

- Experience with Learning Management System(s) LMS, web seminar delivery systems, and/or other training management/tracking systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and experience.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and at least one database and reporting program.

What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for providing support for Quality and Operations training. The position frequently serves as the first contact point for internal personnel seeking information, guidance, and clarification on offerings and programs.
- The position will interact regularly with the Manager of Training and Development, trainers, and with management and team members across a variety of Commercial, Quality, and Operations departments.
- Work with operational management to coordinate the grouping and assigning of training in LMS
- Manages the catalog of training certifications in LMS
- Trains customers on searching the catalog, launching training, assigning training, and reporting as needed
- Follows up on inquiries regarding training courses, LMS registration system information, and E-learning offerings
- Assists in scheduling, set up, and notification for instructor-led courses
- Processes registration for instructor-led trainings after they have been conducted
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by accessing course, instructor, and student information and reporting/responding as needed
- Compiles training compliance reports for management as well as internal and external auditors
- Processes the communication and dissemination of new trainable documents released through PLM
- Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- 1-3 years successful experience in a similar position within an internal or customer technical training organization, or other business unit with similar coordination responsibilities
- Strong customer service orientation and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone communications
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teammates and organizations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or related field.
