Training Coordinator in Quality Management (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Set up and maintain training profiles for all employees in a dedicated training software tool ("PharmSchul")
-Manage training profiles for new team members or employees leaving the team
-Adapt training profiles to occurring organisational changes
-Closely collaborate with the heads and employees of the four sub-departments to remain up-to-date regarding internal training requirements, and adapt training profiles in PharmSchul accordingly
-Closely collaborate with colleagues from the Pharma Quality System group to remain up-to-date regarding global training requirements, and adapt training profiles in PharmSchul accordingly
-Notify employees of new versions of documents which require training activities in PharmSchul
-Manually enter training activities which have been conducted outside of PharmSchul
-Participate in meetings of the PharmSchul user community

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is of advantage
-Basic knowledge of cGMPs or equivalent regulations
-Good understanding of Quality principles and standards and aptitude to working with databases
-Aptitude to learn and master PharmSchul software and to maintain the database
-Proactivity and sense of urgency, capacity to manage own workload and deliver results within timelines
-Strong organisational skills and team play orientation combined with the ability to prioritise workload
