Training Coordinator - Gaydon - Contract to £14/hr Ltd

I am seeking a Training Coordinator to support the activities of four senior trainer / instructors. This role is a 12 month contract and we expect this to be renewed after this period. The role is 5 days a week but we may be able to offer some small flexibility on hours to accommodate childcare provision.

What you'll do

As a Training Coordinator you will

- Prepare training material using Powerpoint
- Book facilities and attendees
- Keep a record of who has, who has not and who is going to attend courses
- Ensure adequate refreshment, materials and seating is present for training
- Diarise the movements of the trainers

What you'll need

As Training Coordinator you will need

- Previous experience of working within a training department as a trainer or PA
- Intermediate Powerpoint skills i.e. be able to produce professional material, including images and transitions
- Be able to demonstrate experience on Word Excel etc.
- Be eligible to work in the UK for at least 12 months
- Good written and spoken English
