For our client in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Training Lead/Coordinator for a 6 month contract
Duration: ASAP-28.02.2018
Place: Kaiseraugst
Pensum: 100% (up to 20% remote)
General information:
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Ensures the training strategy is executed as defined
* Manages and coordinate all training development activities
* Manages time, budget and resources during training development
* Ensures communication between all parties during training development
* Works together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinates training material review cycles
* Ensures quality of training material including adhering to technical compatibility requirements
* Setup and tests in CHRIS LSO
* Initiates training delivery and evaluation
* Ensures the organization (invitation) of the Train-the-Trainer/Data Admin session (if applicable). Ensures appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
* Ensures quality of training material including adhering to technical compatibility requirements
* Ensures communication between all parties during training development
* Ensures the Role Mapping spreadsheet is maintained
* Prepare and present weekly training report as needed
* Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
* Extremely well organized and structured, in order to handle big quantity of data
* Open minded, willing to learn, cooperative working style, needs to be able to communicate appropriately with different levels
Must Haves:
* +5 years of experience in general project management in the IT area
* Specification: +2 years of experience in project management in context of trainings (previous experience managing major training development initiatives)
* Fluent in English
