This will be a contracting position for 6 months with a chance of extension.
Our client is migrating several service management tools into 1 platform. Therefore you will be helping to create materials such as knowledge articles and PPT guides. We are looking for somebody that can work independently with little supervision and can get to grips with new tools quickly. If you have experience creating training materials this would be beneficial.
Other responsibilities will be:
QA of other process areas materials.
Do the scheduling for training sessions.
Generating reports from ServiceNow to help with business readiness status of those have completed training.
We are typically looking for a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a role like this.
