Coordination of training within the learning development department
Confirm time frames, key milestones and overall completion for the project.
*Develop and manage Communication Plan
*Develop and manage a training plan to ensure staff can effectively utilise the system.
*Develop and manage system of inputs ie role profiles, competency frameworks, setting up communities within the system
*Ensure key mandatory training for each role is defined so we can forecast training demand properly
*Implementation plan
