My Customer is a Globally established Banking Organisation who have just transferred their entire datacenter into the Cloud. They require a top calibre Resourcing Coordinator to review their staff and team and build a new training team within the Cloud practice.

RESOURCE COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take an organisation and reorganise the structure of the team so they function more efficiently in the new future state which is a cloud based environment

Identify the relevant individuals within the business and restructure them within the relevant practice areas.

Train and understand the staff built within the new team as to their responsibilities and duties.

Organise relevant training schemes to help new staff incorporate into the new business areas.

Resource new external staff to build up new cloud infrastructure team.
