Training Coordinator

Top Daily responsibilities:
Coordinates the securing of classrooms, both at Client facilities and with external vendors, negotiating contracts and arranging for catering
Coordinates the printing and distribution of classroom materials, which can be complex and extensive, again making arrangements with vendors such as Copymat
Acts as Catalog Administrator, Registrar, and Content Administrator on Client's learning management system, which requires training and certification
Produces virtual training events using WebEx Training Center, acting as technical host, executing many of the tool's advanced functions of participant interactivity
Records and edits digital audio for web-based courses, and incorporates it into course page animations
Creates web-based courses, including tests, using Articulate Presenter and Quizmaker (PowerPoint add-in)
Publishes Intranet web pages using Dreamweaver and HTML style sheets
Creates online surveys using tools like Survey Monkey and Survey Gizmo
Tracks and reports on participant course completions using MS Access and advanced functions of MS Excel
