TRAINING CONSULTANT - LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - LONDON

A leading Wealth/Portfolio Management company require a Training Consultant with a focus on Employee Learning and Development and Talent Management to consult with Business Partners to translate business requirements into learning organisation development strategy and ensure that learning and organization development interventions are aligned with the needs of the Business Unit. You will be required to deliver and/or oversees the delivery of a wide range of learning and performance support solutions, likely to be highly visible and complex in nature.

Major Duties:
Works with management, learning consultants and/or subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning and organization development objectives. Works with stakeholders to determine appropriate learning methodologies and organization development solutions. Ensures that learning and development interventions are aligned with Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs. You will be able to demonstrate a background of directly related experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment or from an appropriate academic program.
