Trainer - Training Consultant - Learning and Development - Banking

To deliver Training to a large scale banking and remediation Programme across PPI and Corporate Bank Accounts.
To deliver consistently high quality learning solutions across a variety of media and audiences in line with standards outlined
To deliver a client experience that exceeds expectations in all aspects of the learning cycle
To deliver and facilitate both face to face and virtual classroom events in line with business needs
To fully utilise Learning Tools and facilities to optimize the way in which we deliver learning solutions to our business
To deliver and facilitate training events in learning venues across specified geographic areas with flexibility for travel when required.

Ideal Knowledge & Expertise for the role.

Excellent knowledge of different training techniques, Learning Cycle and learning styles/Experience covering Training for banks covering PPI/Remediation work highly desirable.
