Training Manager
Improving, implementing and maintaining the process document management activities and systems, with a focus on the learning documentation.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
"Support operations teams (production and QA) to write educational documents based on current procedures.
"Train people on the methodology to write documents with the required level of quality and efficiency.
"Manage different project teams working on documents at the same time.
"On a regular basis communicate to management and stakeholders progress of the documentation project.
"Help and support Documentation and Training team on their routine activities reviewing documents, define training approach, manage documentation systems and training matrix, train people on global courses, input to specific projects, etc
Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements
Required Experience & Knowledge
"Pharma and GMP environments and especially GMP documents requirements and specifications.
"Previous experience in project management is required
"Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry is desired
"Proven experience in documents (procedure, work instruction, batch record, check-list)/ training management is highly recommended
"Field approach highly developed : actively works with operators and technicians in production / technical services / QA area
Soft Skills
"Capability to communicate and work at the floor and management level
"Communicates with stakeholders in a manner which is always clear, concise, well structured and easily understood, using the most appropriate communication channelsAbility to influence others outside direct management
