Training Consultant

I am currently recruiting for a Training Consultant for a leading Retail Bank. I have outlined the role details below. Role: Training Consultant
Rate: Up to £325p/d
Location: Manchester
Contract Length: Until December initially with a view to extend

The Training Consultant will:
Provide training support to the operation, ensuring requirements are planned and delivered to the required standard and timescales.
Provide the full range of training support across the training cycle ie training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Contribute to the training plan and schedule.
Collate, document and analyse all evaluation reports from delivered training initiatives
Work with stakeholders to identify success measures for training courses and programmes
Carry out in-depth analyses to identify trends and root cause in colleague related data.
Present analysis to wider audience and make recommendations

Experience for the Training Consultant:
Experience of conducting training needs analysis
Experience of designing and delivering a training programmes using a wide range of delivery techniques and across a wide range of subject matter
Experience of designing and delivering induction programmes
Experience of designing training evaluation processes
Experience of delivering performance improvement from training activities
Experience of designing E-learning packages
Knowledge of conducting training needs analyses and proposals
Good working knowledge of call centre operations
Working knowledge of the requirements of regulated training
Knowledge of Equality and Diversity policies
Knowledge of best practices in staff training and development delivery methodologies, including understanding of learning styles
Good knowledge of financial services, including acquiring and issuing products and processes (where appropriate)
Evaluation of training solutions that are measured at an individual and organisation level
