Training Consultant, Maidenhead

Currently recruiting for a Training Consultant to join a leading organisation in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

We are looking for a Training Consultant to lead the development and delivery of Management development and Academy programmes to support the achievement of Business goals

This is a contract role for a period of 3 months with possible extentions or even permanent opportunities.

Within the organisation, the Leadership team has developed an ambitious growth strategy with clear priorities based on a strong Network; clear Brand position; enhanced Customer Service; well controlled costs and a skilled and engaged workforce.

The Training Consultant consultant will have overall responsibility for developing and managing the programmes and processes that drive improved Management capability.

THE ROLE

You will be working within a team of 4 Consultants reporting to the Head of Leadershipwork collaboratively with the Head of Channel Training and 
Recruitment to ensure all management development is fit for purpose and aligned to Business
requirements
- Manage budget; meet KPIs and comply with department governance
- Manage supplier selection and relationships
- Utilise external insight and network to enhance management development best practice
- Facilitate interventions and coach internal management teams
- Provide individual coaching as directed by the Head of Leadership and Development

KNOWLEDGE

- Design and delivery of Management development programmes in a corporate environment
- Management Development training models, and proven track record of successful application
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Credibility at a senior level and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders enthusiastically
- Proven consultancy skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to develop workable

business solutions
- Strong programme management and organisational skills
- Evidence of supplier and budget management
- Experience of senior group facilitation
- Proven coaching skills
- Commercial acumen
