Training & Communication Specialist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Assist in the development and delivery of an evolving internal communications strategy
-Preparation of email notifications, presentations, user guides and training materials
-Assist with queries from stakeholders via own methologies or email and provide point of contact
-Assist internal team communication requirements such as proofing/approval of documentation
-Manage/update the communication schedule
-Assist with co-ordination of roadshows and townhalls providing support and information as required

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and German)
-Strong editing and proofreading skills
-Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task
-Ability to lead a team of peers with limited guidance
-Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
-Ability to assess issues and suggest corrective actions
-Proven experience working with aggressive project deadlines
-Able to work in global virtual teams and in a matrix organization
