SKILLS
Must have ability to developing and executing training and communication strategies and plans
- Experience in instructional design and will own the creation of curriculum for an indirect procurement purchasing tool upgrade
- Develop in classroom training and training how-to documentation
- Ability work closely with development team and Subject Matter Experts to draft, review and finalize communication and training material
- Excellent communication skills to develop key communications for a varied stakeholder groups
- Will work closely with the Change Management Strategy Consultant to draft communication
- Overseeing 2 Training Executable personnel
- Domestic travel may be required to plant locations
- SAP experience is a plus
- No Canada or Puerto Rico travel required
