A new exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Co-ordinator to work on a 24 month contract for a Utilities Company client based in Warwick.

Role: Training Co-ordinator

Experience Required:
*Ideally have some previous experience of dealing with elements of L&D Processes
*Sound knowledge of planning and scheduling essential
*Strong track record of successfully operating in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
*Excellent track record of customer service
*Strong track record of multi-tasking on a day-to-day basis, dealing with a range of complex tasks.
*Good level of computer literacy and numeracy, including ability to use MS Word, Outlook & SAP.
*Excellent communication skills are fundamental to this role

Job Purpose

To provide support to ETAM Operations in co-ordination and planning of future training demand in order to maximise efficiencies on a national level.
*Key Point of Contact - acting as the key contact for OPERATIONS and other key stakeholders providing support, guidance and issue resolution
*Co-ordination of all off-job training requirements for OPERATIONS internal development schemes (Technician Trainee Programme and Commissioning Engineer Programme) and all external new starters across OPERATIONS.
*Monitoring, recording and reporting of trainees progress
*Communication and reporting - maintains regular communication with OPERATIONS Resource Project Manager providing up to date management information including data, reports and presentations as required
*Provides assistance to Schemes Co-ordinator, as and when required, regarding pre-induction procurement processes eg PPE, Mobile Phones, tools, laptops and accounts etc.

Key Tasks

*Liaise and build strong relationships with the Training Services Team at Eakring
*Liaising and build strong relationships with the Planners in AM Planning & Network Performance
*Accountable for facilitation of individuals training programmes relating to external new starters 'experienced hires'
*Accountable for resolving scheduling conflicts relating to OPERATIONS's internal training programmes (Technician Training Programme and Commissioning Engineer Programme) and Experienced Hires
*Ongoing development and management of Training Programme Schedules
*Assist in circulation of Training Schedules to key stakeholders including individuals, line managers and planning teams.
*Continuously monitor and track attendance and performance of trainees and escalating any anomalies *Produce regular Management Information relating to Training Programmes
*Provision of ad-hoc support to the Workforce Strategy Officer and Training Schemes Co-ordinator
