Training Project Manager/Instructional Designer
Strong project management skills

Experience with project management for training and development related projects
Knowledge and familiarity with training concepts including online learning, instructional design and performance consulting
Experience with customer service or IT related training projects
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Call center and healthcare experience a plus
Understanding of Health Care Reform a plus
