Training and Development Project Manager

ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage the redesign and launch of company training initiatives.

This role will require someone that is able to lead and manage a project and design learning interventions.

Essential Criteria;

- Experienced dealing with Stakeholders
- Experienced designing training programmes including E-learning courses
- Knowledge of Moodle or Totara
- Ideally have knowledge of Mandatory Training programmes

Responsibilities;

- Act as overall training and learning project manager
- Provide an input into the design of E-learning modules
- Design/Create supporting/flexible learning solutions
- Create flexible learning solutions to support embedding of mandatory training and tailoring to ensure relevance to key audience groups
- Help develop a marketing and communication plan to increase engagement, raise awareness, change perceptions and prompt training action.
- Support and provide advise on automatic enrolment within the learning management system (LMS)
