Training and Development Coordinator Job

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Whippany, NJ.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Instructional design and the application of adult learning
- WebEx and Adobe Connect
- Microsoft Office Applications (with a focus on Word and PowerPoint)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner with Training Manager to support Global Data Sciencesvirtual or online training sessions and/or general communications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English Professional Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with instructional design and the application of adult learning theory principles
- Demonstrated success assessing needs, developing and delivering effective training and/or documentation solutions and facilitating training sessions (including delivering virtual online training)
- Works well independently and in team environment - a blended dynamic of self-motivation/can-do attitude, initiative-taking, flexibility and strong problem solving skills within a strong team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge transfer and presentation skills
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and clinical development Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience with tools such as WebEx and Adobe Connect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (with a focus on Word and PowerPoint)
