Training and Development Agent

My Client who are a leading name in their field are currently looking for a Learning and Development Agent to join them.

Role:
The client is currently undertaking a significant industry change programme. To support this, the Learning and Development (L they will be working across the organisation, with the programme partners and across the industry to assist in the implementation of the functional and behavioural training requirements of the new systems and processes.

Key Tasks:
* Liaise with senior suppliers end users, clients, business change leads and wider stakeholders to identify, design and develop training programme and plans.
* Managing and overseeing the Quality Assurance in respect of the training delivery and to understand the business training needs.
* Coordination of the training timetable to ensure that all elements of the Programme are met including but not limited to updating employee training records and the coordination of resources.
* Work with training champions and business change leads to monitor the quality of training, coordinating feedback and process improvements as necessary, ensuring training sessions are effectively/efficiently managed whilst promoting Best Practice.
* Work to deliver short; medium and long term training plans - this will cover but not be limited to release 2 training; refresher training and post go-live training.

Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering blended learning programmes in a work based environment;
* Knowledge and understanding of learning and development processes, practice and including the impact of change management programmes and techniques;
* Working knowledge delivering short; medium and long term training plans;
* Experience with managing the delivery of end-user training including communications, dealing with enquiries from both the client and delegates.
