The Candidate:
- Training programme experience that include products, systems and behavioural skills
- Up to date and practical knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, including ADDIE and rapid methodologies like SAM
- Understanding and experience of training cycle best practice and up to date models
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Storyline
- Design and delivery qualification (eg TAP or CIPD)
- Proven project management skills
- Ideally has experience working with procurement functions
- Experience in Financial Services and/or HSBC would be helpful
