Training and Competence Co-Ordinator

My Aberdeen Oil and Gas client are currently looking for a Training and competence co-ordinator on an initial 6 month contract due to an upturn in their on boarding, leading to a shortfall in the training dept.

You will have;
* Experience of working in a busy training and competence department essential
* Demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrate experience in implementing new initiatives
* Ability to co-ordinate training programmes in a tight time frame
* Experience/knowledge of the oil and gas industry
* Participate in work teams

You will be;
* Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages.
* This role requires a highly organised, problem-solving, self-directing individual, used to managing ever changing priorities in a demanding working environment.
* Individual must be professional with a can do attitude, positive, highly engaging and proactive
