Training and Change Manager

Our client, a large Government agency, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Training and Change Manager. The role is for an initial period of six months but is likely to extend and will be based in Gladesville.

The key responsibilities of this role will include;

- Managing the development and delivery of the training in line with the high level strategy, project milestones and training needs of users, ensuring learning and development 'best practice' is adopted and to provide status reports on progress to the Upgrade Program
- Development of a Change and Communications implementation schedule and being responsible for its implementation
- Liaise and provide high level advice to the Stream Leads and staff regarding learning and development programs to identify needs, support the ongoing development of competencies and contribute to the successful achievement of the program
- Deliver innovative and strategic solutions within a context of limited resources and competing priorities in a climate of significant change
- Provide advice and briefings on key issues directed at achieving successful outcomes for the Program

To be considered for this role you must have;

- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite within an implementation, upgrade or production support environment
- Demonstrated experience and ability to assume a lead role in the development and delivery of strategic training strategies and programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Proven project management skills including the ability to develop detailed project plans for each training and communications program and be able to monitor the success of the programs and provide status reports on their progress
