TRAINING ANALYST

Our Global FMCG client are currently recruiting for a Training Analyst on a contract basis for six months specifically tailored to HR system training (Workday or Cornerstone)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the development of training strategy
- Creation of E-learning and supporting material
- Develop demos, training material for train the trainer and E-learning curriculum for end users.
- Creation of traning to support testing phases
- Work closely with Workday teams to prepare training data
- Support other global sites with materials for non-English speakers
- Creation of end user E-learning and job aids.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Excellent Microsoft office experience
- Creation of digital comms
- Tailor material accordingly to a variety of audiences globally
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Experience of working within a Global or virtual environment
- Experience of working with multiple programmes and stakeholders
