My client, a large Financial Services Organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Training Analyst who is capable of shaping and developing training materials to support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Essential Experience
*Competent in all aspect of the training development discipline
*Experience of developing and delivering Training material
*Capable of developing training needs assessment
*Experiencing of delivering mandatory training needs
*Experienced in working with third party suppliers, including the selection process
*Ability to collect and collate comments and feedback from a variety of groups and to provide quality responses
*Highly motivated, positive, resilient, persistent and a self-starter
*Experience working within Financial Services.
