For our Client in FRIBOURG, we are looking for an TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR FOR IRIS APL PROJECT, for a 5/6 MONTHS contract.

Duration: ASAP to 31/12/2018

Location: Fribourg

Workload: 100%

Job Purpose: Successfully deploying the company's SAP Training model efforts for IRIS APL. To work and engage with needed IT and business professionals and provide training area tactical support during the deployment process.

Major Accountabilities:

- Works with the APL Training Manager to assure the local training deliverables follow the global approach
- Supports IRIS project teams in the review of global training materials and in the creation of additional training documents, as well as tracks their delivery
- Develops and coordinates RTPM (Role to Position Mapping) aligning it with Security Roles and taking into consideration the end user future position.
- Develops the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) taking into consideration RTPM (Role to Position Mapping) and ETC (Enduser Training Curriculum, which includes Role to Course Mapping)
- Develops the TPL (Training Plan) and related resources (facilities, trainers, end users, etc.)
- Mananges and administers training logistics (facilities, hardware, etc.)
- monitors training attendance, feedback, GxP assessments making sure all critical users were trained
- Manages any changes the end users list and users to roles assignments making sure the training sessions reflect these changes

Candidate Background:

Languages: fluent English

Experience:

- Experience with MS Excel
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo
- Knowledge of system/product training methodologies and execution practices an asset
- Experience with system/product (ERP/SAP) deployments an asset

Education: University degree in business administration, finance/accounting, marketing, or other relevant area.
