Training Administrator/Banking Sector/Bristol

Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major UK banking group, are looking for an administrator to join their Learning & Development team over a 3 month period starting from January 2014.

Main responsibilities:

- Support the booking of training courses, ensuring joining instructions are sent to delegates as required and attendance is tracked.
- Liaising with business Line Managers to achieve optimum workshop capacities to fit with requirements.
- Manage the evaluation process.
- Manage the training schedule and day to day relationship with the training teams, including rescheduling where appropriate to accommodate project & business needs
- Updating and maintenance of computerised training records.
- A central point of contact for all training issues.
- Ensure all training materials are printed and delivered to appropriate venues prior to each workshop.
- If required, maintain a SharePoint site ensuring all signed off materials are suitably stored for compliance, audit and reporting.
- Work closely with the project team, ensuring that content and quality is meeting and exceeding the required standards.

Soft skills:
Background in COMMERCIAL BANKING (DESIRABLE).

TECHNICAL:
MICROSOFT OFFICE (PARTICULARLY EXCEL AND POWERPOINT)
SHAREPOINT - SET-UP AND MANAGEMENT. ABILITY TO SET UP SURVEYS AND EVALUATE RESULTS
