Location: Bristol

FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 7 MONTHS

£55000 - £65000 + BENEFITS INCLUDE, CHILDCARE VOUCHERS, SHARE OWNERSHIP PLAN, SHARE SAVE SCHEME, EYE CARE.

JOB PURPOSE UAT MANAGER

To provide all scripts for UAT testing of Phase II of OLY (Education Release)

And manage the UAT testing. Provide training materials including User Manual and training programme for all CSIS Staff for OLY including remote workers. In addition training and ongoing support for CSIS partners that will use the system (Insurers, Brokers, Auditors)

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB - UAT MANAGER

- Provision of all training materials & compilation of materials as appropriate, including user manual
- Co-ordinate all training sessions with Users to complement users other work priorities
- "Floor walking" and "coaching" support post go live for all OLY users
- Development of all scripts to be used in UAT for Education Release
- Provide an interface between the systems developers and the test users of the OLY system
- Manage the UAT Testing session and work with system tester re identification of bugs and new requirements
- Acquire the latest knowledge of how all aspects of the business work through ongoing discussion with system stakeholders
- Implement test plans and test designs to verify that programming deliverables satisfy end-user requirements
- Accurately follow and adhere to all documented processes and procedures
- Understand and adopt a TCF approach to all aspects of day-to-day work
- Understand and apply all legal, regulatory, information security and compliance requirements and report any breaches when identified
- Maintain effective verbal and written communications and relationships with all customers to promote a professional business image
- Understand and apply all company policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met in accordance with SLA and FSA requirements
- Provide support and guidance as required

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: UAT MANAGER

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of developing test plans and executing them.
- Knowledge of developing training programme and materials.
- Experience of motivating staff to complete test scripts and managing the output of the testing, to provide to developers.
