Trainer - Telecommunications, VOIP

Trainer with telecommunications experience ideally in general telephony, call routing, numbering systems, SS7 and Q.391 protocols having delivered over WebEx to regional audiences. This project focuses on designing and delivering training via webinars on WebEx with deliveries to various countries, flexibility with working hours to cope with time differences is imperative. Initially there will be several weeks of content development including familiarisation with systems.Training material content to cover product overview, technical training and engineering related matters.

Trainer skill and knowledge requirements:
Good knowledge and training delivery experience in the VOIP product and access matters. Good understanding and technical know-how with the IMS technology platform and how telephone manager pool operates. Very seasoned designer of webinar training material, delivery and testing of understanding.
