Trainer SAP FICO, BW/BO Knowledge

* Job location: Bruxelles (Belgium)
* French & Dutch (country/end-users language) and English (project language) speaking are mandatory
Minimum 5 years of similar experience

* SAP-ECC (FI/CO) system knowledge (mandatory)
* BW/BO high level knowledge mandatory
* SAP-FAM knowledge will be a plus
* ARIBA system knowledge will be a plus

Training Coordinator role:
*Define the Training strategy/plan
- Define the approach to successfully deliver process driven and role based training courses
- Detail roles and responsibilities with respect to the training materials localization and training courses delivery
- Localize Core training paths and formalizes the local training plan for all impacted resources

* Coordinate training materials localization and training courses preparation
- Monitor local training plan preparation: follow-up of KPIs on training courses preparation
- Follow training courses localization: materials translations (if required) and enrichment on local specifics, creation of local exercises datasets in training environments
- Coordinate the detailed training plan formalization and the management of the training logistic: room booking, participant's invitation

* Manage the local Trainers onboarding
- Identify & SHIP trainers for all training courses
- Organize Train The Trainers sessions to onboard all identified trainers

* Coordinate Training courses delivery to Local resources
- Monitor local training plan implementation: follow-up of KPIs on training courses delivery, consolidation of the evaluation forms
- Provide quantitative and qualitative feedbacks/lessons learnt to the Central team for and SHIP catalogue improvement

*Animate  training courses
- Prepare  training courses: materials printing, training environment checking
- Animate training courses, with eventually the support of Finance Champions: solution presentation and demonstration, training exercises and quiz management
- Closes training: attendance sheet, evaluation forms management
