Trainer (Processes) - Utilities - 3 Months - Central Scotland

TRAINER, ideally with experience working in UTILITIES/ENGINEERING/OIL AND GAS SECTOR, required for INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT with UTILITIES CLIENT in GLASGOW, EDINBURGH OR DUNFERMLINE (REGULAR TRAVELLING REQUIRED)

Duties will include:

- Design and deliver process training and guidance for a large programme of change including delivery of face-to-face training and E-learning interventions.
- Work with templates/process user journeys and transform them into structured training, guidance documents and E-learning to aid the roll out and implementation of the process and the associated templates and documents
- Work closely with specialists within the business to develop materials, scenario based workshops, E-learning modules and other interventions on a number of templates including those on project scopes, risk management, cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, etc.
- Develop and run scenario based process workshops to aid people's understanding of how the process fits together

Essential Skills:

- Experienced in designing and delivering process training/guidance
- Experience working in change programmes/projects
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in utilities/engineering/oil and gas environment or similar recently
- Able to travel regularly across the Central Belt - driving licence required

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in using Articulate to create E-learning packages
- Experience designing and delivering scenario based learning/training
- Good stakeholder management skills
