Trainer Opening in Defence Sector

I am looking to hire Trainers in Buckinghamshire for my Defence sector client.

This is a contract role till Dec 2015.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver classroom based Trainer Development courses (specifically Defence Trainer the Trainer and Defence Training Supervisor) to Defence personnel

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE - ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE

- Previous classroom delivery is essential. Previous experience of working with the military or of developing trainer development courses is desirable.

SPECIALIST ACCREDITATIONS

- At least a Level 3 qualification in Training and Education (or similar), ideally working towards or having already obtained a Level 4 qualification in Training and Education (or similar)

WHAT ARE THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

- Classroom delivery skills
- Ability to work with wide range of ranks, experience and abilities.
- Ability to work to stipulated standards and timings along with a high work rate (successful candidates must expect to be in the classroom on a daily basis from 0800 - 1700
