Trainer Opening in Cardiff, Wales

I am looking to hire a TRAINER IN CARDIFF, WALES for one of my public sector client.

This is a contract role for 6 MONTHS with possible extension.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

To deliver Client's free Love Food Hate Waste cascade training to a large number of businesses and not for profit organisations and groups across Cardiff by March 2016 to raise awareness of the campaign and change people's behaviour in terms of wasting food
To identify and secure training opportunities with businesses, organisations and groups and subsequently provide hands on' advice and support to some partnerships to help them meet objectives.
To work with others in Cardiff, their delivery networks and local government to ensure a joined up support offering on Love Food Hate Waste.
To manage of a portfolio of partnership training initiatives to ensure delivery on time, to budget with achievement of agreed communication activities and outputs.
To ensure that all training support material produced is of the highest standard and maintains the integrity of the brand.
To ensure Clients consumer insights, materials and knowledge are shared through appropriate channels, including Love Food Hate Waste's web and social marketing channels and to relevant community networks.
To work closely with other members of the Love Food Hate Waste team within client to ensure a coherent joined up approach to food waste and behaviour change
To carry out processes and systems for reporting within the team including those relating to monitoring and evaluation of partnership/project/programme impacts.
Ensure all training is carried out in line with the aims and objectives of client and are in line with the principles and operating parameters of the organisation.
Undertake other appropriate duties as may be determined from time to time by the Programme Area Manager: Consumer Food Waste Prevention.
